Stefania is the CEO of Physis, a fintech company providing transparent, extra-financial data and portfolio optimization tools globally. She has been named among The Independent's Top 100 Climate Leaders alongside Bill Gates and Stella McCartney, featured in Innovate Finances’ Women in Fintech Powerlist, and recognized as an Inspiring Fintech Founder at the New York Stock Exchange.

Previously, Stefania led Europe’s first $100M impact investing fund, pioneering impact reporting and advising on $90B in sustainable portfolios. She lectures at leading universities, including Harvard, and has authored two e-books on sustainable finance. Dedicated to women’s empowerment, she mentors at Harvard and holds leadership roles at various institutions.

Stefania holds a bachelor's in Economics and Finance from Bocconi and a master’s in Sustainability and Finance from Harvard.
